For all of you out there who've paid all that money for the "tune" have a look at this and I reckon this bloke knows what he's talking about...

Interesting... But in the case of series 1/2/3 CV8s, since they were tuned by Holden for crap fuel, I would have thought you could "tune" them for 98 octane (like they did with VZ) for a modest increase (like, VZ was +10 kW from memory?)

That's very true, mine is tuned for 98 with a slightly retarded ignition for the higher octane
